US orders: Orders placed before 11am CST, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day from our Texas warehouse. Orders placed after 11am CST or over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.
Rest of World orders: Orders placed before 11am AEST, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed after 11am AEST or over the weekend will be dispatched the following business day.

RETURNS

Yes, we offer complimentary exchanges on all eligible orders, unless marked as Final Sale.

Sale items and items purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange or store credit only, unless marked as 'Final Sale', in which case they are not eligible for return.
Full-price items returned within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund, provided they meet our return conditions.
