Most orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods such as collection launches, sales and promotions, there may be a slight shipping delay with your order.

For all first time Posse customers, we do offer a 15% discount code, this will be sent via email once you have signed up to our newsletter. If you do not receive, please email info@posse.com or reach out to us via live chat.

All orders placed using this code, are eligible for a refund. This code is not valid on sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

The total amount you pay at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes for international customers, with the exception of the USA.

USA customers: Orders are shipped from our US warehouse, so customers will not be charged import duties or tariffs at delivery. Sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.

We currently offer free exchanges for US orders. Read more info here.

We do not offer exchanges to the rest of world. Instead, we encourage you to place a new order for your desired item and then return the original item for a refund (if eligible).

All full price orders returned within 14 days of receiving are eligible for a refund. See our return conditions here.

If you think you have received a faulty or the incorrect item, please contact info@posse.com with images of the garment so our team can assess further.

Sale items discounted less than 50% are eligible for a store credit only or exchange (US only).

Sale items discounted further than 50% are final sale.
