Orders
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. During peak periods such as collection launches, sales and promotions, there may be a slight shipping delay with your order.

For all first time Posse customers, we do offer a 10% discount code, this will be sent via email once you have signed up to our newsletter. If you do not receive, please email info@theposse.com.au or reach out to us via live chat.
All orders placed using this code, are eligible for a refund. This code is not valid on sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.
The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes for all International customers except the USA.
USA customers may be subject to import tariffs or duties at the border. Sales tax will be calculated and paid at checkout.

RETURNS
Visit our returns page for more information on the process of lodging for a return.
We do not facilitate exchanges so we suggest placing a new order with the new items you are interested in and returning the original items that weren't suitable.
All full price orders returned within 14 days of receiving are eligible for a refund. See our return conditions here.
If you think you have received a faulty or the incorrect item, please contact info@theposse.com.au with images of the garment so our team can assess further.
Sale items discounted less than 50% are eligible for a store credit only.
Sale items discounted further than 50% are final sale.

If you are entering our website from outside of Australia and New Zealand, all prices will be displayed and processed in your local currency.
